Asgard Rescue Collective operates in Los Angeles County. We are a foster-based rescue, which means we have no facility to visit — our dogs live in homes, and meetings happen by arrangement.
We read every email. If you have not heard back in a week, it went somewhere strange and we would be grateful if you wrote again.
How can we help?
Want to foster?
Fostering is the whole thing — no foster homes, no rescue. Email us and tell us a little about your household, your schedule, and any other animals. You do not need experience, and we cover all veterinary costs and supplies.
Interested in adopting?
When we have a dog ready for adoption, they will be on this site and on Instagram. Email us and we'll talk about whether the dog and your life are a good match. We would rather tell you the truth than place a dog twice.
Found a dog in trouble?
We are not an emergency service and we cannot take owner surrenders. If a dog is in immediate danger, call your local animal control. If you have time to work a problem, email us and we'll help you think it through.
